My bodywork is informed by Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal. We may also explore Cupping, Ashiatsu, or Abdominal Work.

I also offer massage lessons here in the office. It’s a true joy for me to teach, and folks tend to report having fun and learning a lot. You can bring a partner, friend, or anyone you feel comfortable with who also wants to give and receive bodywork.
