Slow, gentle sessions for times when your body isn't asking to be worked on so much as listened to. Informed by Healing Touch and Craniosacral Therapy.

Bring a partner, friend, or anyone you feel comfortable with who also wants to give and receive bodywork. It’s a true joy for me to teach, and folks report having fun and learning a lot.
